BERRY DELICIOUS PUNCH
Ingredients:
2 quarts
cranberry juice
6 ounces
frozen lemonade
½ cup
maraschino cherry juice
60 ounces
Sprite or 7-Up
Directions:
-
Mix the ingredients
and serve chilled with slices of lemon, limes or oranges.

BLUE PUNCH
Ingredients:
1 gallon
water
½ cups sugar
11 – 6 oz.
cans frozen lemonade
1 tsp. blue
food coloring
¼ tsp. green
food coloring
½ gallon
pineapple sherbet
2 ½ - 2
liter bottles of 7-Up
Directions:
-
Place water and
sugar in large sauce pan
-
Bring to a boil
-
When cool, add
lemonade and food coloring
-
Mix till lemonade
is dissolved
-
Pour into punch
bowl
-
Just before
serving, add sherbet and 7-Up, stir slightly to blend
-
May need to divide
in half, depending on size of punch bowl

approx. 65

PUNCH
Ingredients:

cups sugar
6
cups boiling water
2
½ cups orange juice
¼
cup lemon juice
4
cups unsweetened pineapple juice
2
– 10 ounce pkgs. frozen strawberries
Directions:
-
Dissolve sugar in
boiling water
-
Add remaining
ingredients
-
Pour into 4 one
quart containers and freeze
-
Remove from freezer
1 hour before serving
-
Place in large
punch bowl and break up
-
Add 7-Up and stir
until slushy.

FRESH FRUIT SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
½ cup mango
½ cup
cantaloupe
1 cup
strawberries
(May use any
combination of fruit, fresh or frozen, to equal 2 cups)
1 cup
pineapple juice (or more to thin)
Directions:

Place all
ingredients in a blender for 10 seconds or until smooth
Makes 2

HOT APPLE CIDER DRINK
Ingredients:
1 quart
apple cider
1 quart
cranberry juice
3 or 4 whole
cloves
2 sticks
cinnamon
¼ cup brown
sugar
Directions:

Place all
ingredients in large saucepan
-
Heat over medium,
stirring occasionally
-
When sugar is
dissolved and liquid is hot, remove cloves and cinnamon sticks
-
Pour in mugs and
garnish with a sprig of mint

PINK LEMONADE PUNCH
Ingredients:
4 cans
frozen lemonade
8 cups
cranberry juice cocktail
1 quart cold
ginger ale
1 pint lemon
sherbet
Directions:

Mix lemonade with
water, as directed on can
-
Just before serving
add cranberry juice cocktail and ginger ale

Pour over ice ring
-
Mix well
-
Float scoops of
sherbet on top of punch

strawberry Kool Aid
2 quarts
water
1 can frozen
lemon juice
1 can frozen
orange juice
1 large can
pineapple juice (not frozen)
1 cup sugar
1 bottle
7-Up
Directions:

Mix all
ingredients, except 7-Up
-
Stir until sugar is
dissolved and frozen juice is mixed in
-
Add 7-Up when ready
to serve

WASSAIL
Ingredients:
½ Tbs. whole
cloves
½ Tbs. whole
allspice
½ tsp.
nutmeg
½ gallon
apple cider
½ cup brown
sugar
¼ cup lemon
juice
½ cup orange
juice
Directions:

Place cloves,
allspice, and nutmeg in a small gauze bag and tie shut
-
Place the bag and
all remaining ingredients in large saucepan
-
Bring to a boil
-
Remove bag and
discard
-
Add liquor if desired
-
Serve hot
Makes 8 – 9
